  We had an excellent experience using Nigel and Skye to remove a load of green waste after clearing our very overgrown garden. We got half a dozen quotes and the price was very competitive. However, they were by far the most helpful and communicative of any of the companies we spoke to! We’d had two previous no-shows for collection, both of whom just stopped answering our calls. Several companies also would not collect green waste. Nigel and Skye took the time to come out in an evening to check the waste and price the work. They also always answered the phone, turned up exactly when they said they would and kindly called ahead to let us know when they were on their way. They also provided some helpful input on our plans to gravel a driveway. They took as much green waste as physically possible in their grabber lorry, compressing it down and helping me rake up loose piles to get as much in one load as possible. I felt like I certainly got value for money with the amount of waste removed in one go. It was about 3 skips worth of green waste, but cost about the price of one skip and saved me a lot of time and labour vs. loading multiple skips by hand. I also wouldn’t have been able to compress the green waste to get more in the skips, like Nigel could with his grabber bucket. Importantly they also provided a proper invoice and a signed stamped waste transfer note via email afterwards to prove that the waste had been disposed of correctly and responsibly - v.important given householders are now liable if any date they have removed is subsequently found to have been fly-tipped. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nigel and Skye and will be using them again in the near future to supply aggregates for our driveway. Thanks to both for an excellent service! :)
